DollarPay App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DollarPay! The DollarPay mobile application (the "App") is owned and operated by Dollar Pay Pty Ltd ("Dollar Pay"), ABN 12653929063. By downloading, installing, or using the App and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or the Services. Dollar Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App and Services signifies your acceptance of any changes made.

2. Description of the Services

Dollar Pay offers a mobile application that will allow users to send and receive cash internationally in various currencies. Users will be able to send or receive funds instantly without the need for traditional bank accounts or physical branches. The App is pre-launch and these capabilities and Services are not currently available.

3. Eligibility

To use the App and Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Registration

To access certain features of the App and Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Sending and Receiving Cash

5.1 Sending Cash

Users will be able to initiate cash transfers to recipients located anywhere in the world, subject to the availability of the Services in the recipient's country. Dollar Pay may charge fees for certain transactions, which will be disclosed to you before you complete the transaction.

5.2 Receiving Cash

Recipients will be able to receive cash sent via the App by following the instructions provided by Dollar Pay. Dollar Pay is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the recipient's bank or financial institution.

6. Privacy

Dollar Pay's Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. By using the App and Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated credentials. The App employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data; however, you must also take appropriate measures to safeguard your information.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App and Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, money laundering, fraud, and the violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

Dollar Pay retains all rights, title, and interest in the App and Services, including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App or Services.

10. Termination

Dollar Pay reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App and Services at its discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any stored data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollar Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
